Nu-Metal
Finishing offers a number of copper processes, each designed for a
specific purpose. Brightness (to eliminate the need for buffing),
high-speed (for electroforming), and fine grain (to prevent
casehardening) are some of the options available.

Heat Treatment
|
375 °F
for 1 hour on hard steel, Nitinol, and other metals with hardness
>40HRC. Customer should specify post-plate heat treatment for
hydrogen embrittlement if this is required.
|
It is
preferable to specify thickness directly (in mils, µm or µin)
rather than by the dash number scheme. Nu-Metal offers this process
with or without CoC.
